Rebuilding Your Credit

so i PIF an old first premier bank account about 2 weeks ago. my helper told me to get a GW letter ready, but  reading several threads on here, ppl have been saying that that either they won't delete off of your CR and or a FPB lawyer will send you a letter telling you to stop or they'll charge you for harrasment (if you send too many letters/emails). so, what should i do here?

But if you keep on sending them to people in the same dept aren't you going to keep getting the same result?
