I have a paid CO with Verizon (home line) that they would not delete. I paid it in 2008. I didnt even know I was in collection since they keep providing me service at my new location and never sent the bill to my new address. Its upsetting that they do this to ppl. I asked for PFD and they said no so I just paid it off.
Anyone has EO contact and any luck with Verizon?
Please help... trying to buy a new home before rates continue to rise.
