GW letter to CA or OC?

I am new here and this process seems daunting. Sorry if this is a stupid question...I'm not sure where to start.

I have 5 paid collection accounts that I would like to have removed from my credit report. Should I send GW letters to the CA or the OC? Or both?

Hi and Welcome to the forums,

Just to let you know, If you have a question you can always ask, because no question is stupid.

If the 5 paid collections were from CA's that are reporting, then the GW's letter go to the CA's.

GW letters go to whoever is reporting, that you want to receive goodwill from.
