I have a late fee on my account from 2008. I waanted to send a GW letter to them but how do I know who to attention it to or where to send it? Should I send certified mail?
i have sallie mae and after about my 10th try the GW worked to get my 1 late off.. so its possible,.. my past experience is that a late from that far in the past is probably not affecting your score all that much though.. Good Luck
