I sent a PFD letter to all the CA's on my report and 2 of them said ok but the other 4 didn't respond, I want to pay them off and be done but was wondering if I should include a GW letter with the payment or wait until it shows paid on my report.
Thanks
Not sure why you would send a GW letter, they said they would delete. A GW won't make it happen any faster.
It can take up to 90 days for a deletion to occur.
The four I am wondering about are the ones that didn't send me a response to the PFD, I'm hoping that if I pay them they might be up for deleting it after all. The other two have already been taking off my CR.
Ok got it.
It could work or they will just take your money and ignore the GW.
Are these still within your state suing SOL?

If they are paying, then the SOL is a moot point. I think the OP is wondering that since they wouldn't take the PFD, if they just paid, could they send a GW with the payment. My opinion? Of course, send it in.

I know. I was going to mention settlement if they were outside SOL.
They are 1 to 2 years old and I know I have to pay them, just wondering if anyone had any luck getting them deleted after getting no response from the PFD letter.
They are pretty recen so probably within the SOL. You've tried the PFD route and they didn't go for it. So yes, I would pay and go the GW route now.
