GW letters?

I had written two gw letter for Macys and Capital One. Apprently, I need to mail it to collection agency that took care of my case. I cant remember the names of the collection agencies. How can I find this out? thank you

they will be on your credit reports. what are you trying to gw?

I paid my macys and capital one but they went to collection. so I paid it off thru collection. I went to send a GW to see if I can get this removed from my credit history

Keep in mind you can gw both the oc and ca if they are paid, however they technically don't have to remove them. I personally would send the hell out of gw's till they cave in lol...good luck on your credit rebuilding journey.

OC is original creditor, CA is collection agency

OP, who is reporting? Is the OC reporting? Is the CA reporting? Both?
