GW on utility bill

I had a utility bill that went into collection anyone tried to GW on something like this

Is it with the OC or a CA?

The CA the OC is not on report

Or would PFD be a better route

If you just want it off and know it is yours you can just do a PFD.

the CA sounds like a local company hope they are willing

You can always call and ask them.  You can also ask the OC if they would take payment and have the debt returned to them.  They can ask the CA to delete their reporting but the CA doesn't have to.
