How long should you wait before sending another GW? Should we send the same GW or change it? Thank you!

I received a response from Sears.  Not the response I wanted, but it stated that it is illegal for them to take it off.  So should I just forget it?  Or keep pressing on?  Keep sending letters?

Keep sending them.  You might want to add a blurb along the lines of:  While the FCRA states a creditor must report accurate information, it does not state that a creditor has to report at all.  So by them removing a late payment, they are NOT breaking any law.

They can say no 100 times but it only takes 1 yes.
