Emailed GW letter to Asset Acceptance to have a settlement deleted last Friday. Received the deletion letter first thing on Monday. Now gone from all three CRA's

Congrats! What email did you use? I also have been trying to get an item removed by Asset Acceptance but have had NO luck! The item will fall off in October anyway, but I would really like to get it remove earlier if possible. Would you please share what email you used? Thanks!!

How long did it take before you recieved a reply from them? I sent email a GW to the customer service email on 5/4/12 and have not gotten a reply yet. I will do a follow up and see if that makes any difference.

I got a reply from the customer service department today - no luck for me!

They said its reporting as Paid In Full...but they dont delete
