I'm playing hard ball with these jokers. I think they may have violated the FDCPA when they listed my account at a place called Chase Receivables. I got zero notification until after the debt was paid - THEN I got my first letter from Chase.
I filed a complaint with the BBB and if that doesn't work, I'll talk to my AG's office.
