So far the new year is starting off to a good start. On Jan 3rd I sent off three GW letters. As of today , DIllards American Express agreed to remove a 30 late that was posted back in 2010. now I'm just wait to hear back from the others. Total time it took.

mailed letter- Jan 3rd

recieved letter - Jan 17th , 30 day late removed as of today !

note: I made sure I have at least six to 12 months of good payment history before asking for the removal.
