I have been GWing AAFES for some time now with no luck.  Today in the mail they sent me a CLI for 1500.00 so that may be their way of trying to get me to stop GWing.

I will now send 2 a week.......

I have been debating sending them GW.  Sometimes they are not too pleasant to deal with.  Maybe I should.

They deleted 2 30-day lates for me ... but now I'm jealous of your CLI, lol.

I just called the number on the card.  The very nice CSR not only deleted a late payment, she reset my account so I wouldn't be due that month.

Generally they are very nice. I was late on my Card twice back in 2008 and when I called they deleted both lates and they dont even show up on my CR's.

I would keep calling until you get someone nice.

Yep.  Just like any place, they have their not nice ones too.

can i get her name?   I have 2 pesky 30's on my account, they raised the min payment so I was 10 short for two months and they wont remove it....
