I got a second letter from them yesterday that says:

"thank you for your recent request regarding the above-referenced account.  We have asked Experian, TransUnion, Innovis and Equifax credit reporting agencies to report the above referenced account as follows:

Has a history of no delinquency"

The first letter was signed, Customer satisfaction dept and the above letter was signed by the credit bureau disputes dept

The return address from the second letter is:

PO Box 15128

Wilmington, DE 19850-5128.

Maybe if you don't have luck with the first address, try the second address.

They are another, smaller CRA along with Telecheck, Teletrack, ChexSystems, etc.

If my memory serves me correctly, they are primarily used by banks. But I could be wrong.

Innovis is a very secretive CRA "sponsored" by Fannie Mae.

Well, whoever they are I am happy to report that they don't have any lates from me

When I worked at the CU, we used ChexSystems to pull CRs from TransUnion.  I thought they were just a service (or course this was 4 years ago, so it might have changed).

let me know if anyone has any luck with a GW to either of the previously mentioned addresses for BofA.
