I have read several messages from posters saying that they emailed CEO or an excective of a lending company. I am finding it very very difficult to find the email of any such executive for my lender: Kohls/Chase. For those of you with that type of success, how did you find those emails?
planetfeedback is one source. Generally, diligent googling suffices. You could always look up someplace like Yahoo finance for investment articles that invariably mention the names of CEOs or other top execs. You could just try sending a letter to the CEO at their corporate office address.
