I only have one late showing on my cr; missed one payment a couple months ago.  Got this bill confused with another, and it got overlooked.

Now I have a recent late showing that is killing my score.  Anyone know the contact info for CEO of  GEMB, U.S. division?  Anyone had any luck with a GW  to them?
