General Revenue Corp GW?

Hi All - Has anyone had success with goodwilling a paid collection with General Revenue?  I've sent 2 GW letters to the address on my credit report & kicked a 3rd one off to the CEO / President about a week ago.  Haven't heard anything back one way or the other.  Curious what their history is on this from others with some experience. Thanks
