So, there was a bill for $77 with Professional Finance for a gas company and I paid the OC directly then turned around and sent a DV to the Collection Agency. So then I decided to dispute them as well since they already had the DV letter and I figured if I disputed it they would take the debt off since they can't validate it and they keep responding to the Collection Agency saying it's a valid debt but yet it's paid.
What should I do? Call the OC again or send the Paid Notice to the CRA? I'm afraid if I do that then it will just mark the collection as PAID.
