So, I have done a lot of reading and research on this site and it seems people have used goodwill letters and other methods in asking CAs and CCCs to remove baddies from CRs. I need someone with experience in negotiated accounts and getting these baddies removed from CRs. I have had no success (although I have just started) and plan to keep trying. Any methods, best practices, letter ideas, etc..? Any information may help. What frustrates me the most is that I get hit twice on my reports, once from the CA that the CCC sold the account to, and the CCC itself.
