I have 2 accounts from us dept of ed on my cr one of them shows clean and the other has 2 120 lates but they are the same account... i called up us dept of ed and explained that to them she said that happens all the time and to fax them over the cr and they will fix it so i did. this is what i wrote.
Attached is a current copy of my transunion credit report. Please update the account beginning with xxx to reflect the other account which has no late marks on it, as they are the same account. Please re report them to all 3 credit bureau"s when complete.
