I called esurance today and made it clear that I wanted to deal with them instead of NCO. She put me on hold and asked if I called NCO - I told her I called them, but made it very clear that I wanted to pay them. She put me on hold, came back and asked if the credit card number they had on file was correct, I confimed. She told me that she'll send a letter to NCO, which I will too of course!
Just received the email confirmation!
