Guys I have an old payday type loan, security finance paid to zero on2011 , had a 90 day late in March 2010 and every month it updates to currently 90 days late balance zero. I'm pretty sure this is a huge derogatory , I have tried GW to no avail, this is a small company but they have destroyed me for 10 yrs over a 360 personal loan PIF. I don't know what else to do

Yea a 90 day is definitely cause your scores to drop. I wonder why they are updating your CR when you have already paid to 0. I wish I had any words of advice but all I can say is GL. In less than 6 month March'10 would drop off

Is a Payday Loan on your report for 10 years and not 7?

If it's 7 years you might be able to get it removed with EE (Early Exclusion). I just found out about it myself. You'll have to read up on it but I just today had a CO taken off my TU and EX reports a bit early.

Maybe someone will chime in if it can be done with this also. TU may remove 6 months early, EX 3 months early, EQ 1 month early. It's worth a shot especially if the worst is that they just say no. Call the burueas and ask if you're within the time frame.

Yeah , I'm aware of EE , these are lates and not a CO or collection. Shows paid , I wonder if EE works for just lates

Did you contact the head office in Texas I believe? I have one with them from 2011 as well. They don't update every month. Haven't updated since 2011. The main office gave the local office permission to negotiate a pfd but I have to do it in person. It's in Illinois and I live in California. Plan to take care of it when I visit my family next month.

I've sent GW multiple times, why they update every month I don't know! But I do wonder if it's because my ex sister in law was the office manager here locally ? I don't know that but it is curious

I can't PFD a paid account breezy, I don't think. I even offered to pay them in full again

Doesn't make sense why they update every month. I think EE works for lates. You can try EE with TU and see what happens. I did try EE on TU for lates and it worked. Give it a try. It won't hurt.
