Has anyone EVER had them do a goodwill adjustment?
I have tried so many times and even emailed their CEO to get a 30 day late from last july removed. I keep getting this canned response each time:
"Unfortunately, GM Financial is unable to make any goodwill adjustments or make any changes to the accurate reporting on your credit report. Please contact Customer Service at 1-800-284-2271 should you have any additional questions."
Do you ever call that number to talk to them about it?
Yea that customer service is general.
I've gotten a couple of responses from them. They all equate to "go pound sand".
While they are under no obligation to goodwill anything, it just would be nice for them to be open to it.
What if the government told them to go pound sand in 2008?

That might be ok, considering the recent issues they have with recalls.

Actually, they (GM & Chrysler) still owe (taxpayers) money but that's for another discussion.
This company GM Financial is actually the former GMAC division that was purchased by Americredit Financial they slowly migrated to the name GM Financial to add more prestige to their brand as they were previously primarily a sub-prime lender.
