I've accomplished so much since joining this forum but everyone needs a little break right?
I have 4 baddies left to tackle:
1. MD State Tax Lien $768.00 - Will try early delete request in June 2014; drops November 2014.
2. Lancaster Collections $360.00 - Administrator at Abington Memorial Hospital is trying to pull debt back from CA. Fingers crossed; drops 2019.
3. HSBC (CO) $0.00 - GW sent to EO with no response; drops 2017.
4. Asset Acceptance $747.00 - Tried PFD offer of 50%.... denied; drops 2017.
I paid off my credit cards except 1 which is at 7% utilization.
I should see a nice score dump in May.
My current EQ FICO score as of 4/5/14 is 664.
Hopefully, I'll see the 700 club by the end of the year.
I wish Asset Acceptance would work with me but they will ONLY accept $560.00 to settle the account and they won't do a PFD.

Yes, everyone needs a little break. Especially with this stuff. There comes a time when you've worked hard at it, you've done what you can & it's time to sit tight for awhile until it's time for the next logical step. Be proud of yourself for all your work, and for knowing it's time to put the mind on other things for a bit. :-) We'll look forward to reports down the line ...
