Navient turned down my first goodwill request (some late student loan payments from 3 years ago...I have since consolidated and am in good standing with Fed Loan). Now what?
Patience and persistence apply.
One GW letter rarely works. Write more. To more people. Follow what past successful people have done like this poster: http://ficoforums.myfico.com/t5/Rebuilding-Your-Credit/Navient-Direct-Loans-lates-removal-GW-success...
Keep on it.
Yes, I didn't realize that. **bleep** it, I will never be free of them then.

Try disputing thru the credit bureas
Please note that the dispute process should only be used if the information on your CRs in inaccurate or out-of-date. Advocation of disputes of valid information as a means of "credit repair" is not a permissable topic on the Forums.
