If its unpaid you want to send a PFD offer. Goodwill campaigns would only be started on paid COs and CAs. Im not sure FNBO is going to go for a PFD but it doesnt hurt to try. If this is updating monthly you want to settle it ASAP to stop the updating and it can then begin to age in the eyes of Fico.
