Ok, I got 1 verbal to delete after payment.

I have 2 that agreed to delete out of 2 that I sent emails to.

I have 4 paid medical collections from the same collection agency. They said over the phone they don't delete, so am I wasting my time sending them GW requests?

I assume I should go ahead and try to see if I get someone else from their company?

try until you run out of stamps and then go buy more... dont stop trying for a GW delete for medical. Thats usually as easy as Afni to get off once paid.

Do I send it to the hospital/dr or the collection agency?

Going to start on them in the morning.

Also, who do you typically contact; ceo, manager or just whoever checks the mail?

Send GW's to any party that is reporting on your credit report, in this case the CA's.
