@bluescale, sent you a PM also. Can someone PM me the best exec email to citi credit cards or that Jud guy? I have a similar issue of a one late in the last 30 years and it was June 2016. I need to escalate a GW letter. Any help is appreciated.

I know this is a really old thread.  But I called Citibank and they told me there was nothing they could do for me because they couldn't look a year back into my account.  Is there an address I can mail my goodwill adjustment letter to or an email address?  Thanks!
