I filed chp 7 bk nov 10'...I received my discharge feb 11'...I had a cc with chase that was included in the bankruptcy...but prior to filing they sold the account to a collection agency..so post bk when I view my credit report...the collection agency for the chase cc is reporting correctly...status included in bk with a $0 balance. But the chase tradeline is still reporting as charge off and with numerous lates...I disputed this account and was told by the cra's that the account is reporting correctly. And after reading several posts here I understand that they are. So my question is...Can I GW Chase on the lates even though I included the account in the discharged bankruptcy???? Thanks in advance
