I am on vacation this week so I am busy at work on my credit again.
Recent successes
1. WFNNB agreed to remove a 30 day late (took a phone call)
2. Paid collection removed from Equifax
3. Short sale and Suntrust late payments updated in my favor on Equifax (validation letters sent to CRA by my attorney)
4. A few Suntrust late payments removed on Transunion (but not all?) this car loan paid off in 2010 (validation letters sent to CRA by my attorney)
5. A collection account on Transunion updated to a zero balance (again validation letter sent by attorney) I disputed this one again in hopes of getting it deleted.
What's left:
1. Short sale on Experian and Transunion (may just leave it alone?)
2. Paid hospital collection on Equifax (sending HIPPA letter)
3. Several 30 day lates Chase credit card - sent another email today
4. Several late payments FIA card - sent off another email today
5. One 30 day late Santander in May 2011 - no luck on phone calls - mailing GW letter.
6. Paid collection on Experian - mailing GW letter - Equifax deleted (due to attorney letter)
Mid April I had a 629 Transunion from My FICO and 579 Equifax (my guess this has gone up since I was able to get so much removed on Equifax).
Any thoughts oand advice is always welcome. Keep plugging away everyone. You can do it!
