I wrote a goodwill email to them and got a response the next day. They said they would send in for the deletion to the CRAs since they initially mailed the information to an invalid address! I'm super excited and hope this happens soon. These boards have been a great help so I thought I'd share the good news!

Congratulations! They did the same thing for me, although I told them I was shopping for a mortgage and they used that reason without asking. Mine had already been PIF in 2013 , but they were very nice over the phone and emailed me the letter before hanging up. Nice!
