Goodwill Wells Fargo Mortgage

Hey All,

 

Has anyone ever had any luck with goodwill to Wells Fargo mortgage? I recently got a 30 day late that I want to try and get removed. Also, a collection account showed up for I.C. systems so I emailed someone and they told me that have no record of the account but as of yet have not removed the account. Honestly, I think the account is mine but why is it that they have no record but are still reporting?? I recently took some big hits to my credit report and I'm trying to make it back to the 650 club. Any help is greatly appreciated!!

If they have no record of the account dispute it with the CRAs
