Goodwill for CFNA (Firestone)

Do anyone have a good contact for CFNA ( Firestone)? I've was sick with Pneumonia for about 3 weeks and missed a payment by one day. Had the account 18 months never late. Also have anyone ever had any success with a 30 day late removed? Thanks in advance!

I've had a similar issue with even less credit history (with them). I just called and asked. No special contact.

+1 I have a 30 day late with them once...  They wouldn't remove it.
