So I have tried filing a request online and sending goodwill letters to capital one to have 2 late payments deleted and they continue to send a letter back stating "they are required to report the correct information under the FCRA". I know that I have read on this board somwhere, a reponse to that excuse but I can't for the life of me find it. Can anyone help me out? Or give me any other suggestions on how to get these lates deleted.
