I have been rebuilding my credit for 8 months. I started with scores in the low to mid 500 and now I am TR 720- EX706- EQ680. My equifax is the lowest because my other files are clean with not one negative, but equifax has a paid charge off so I sent a letter to the CEO requesting they remove it for me and they did! I can't wait to see what my EX score looks like after this. I am hoping for at least a 700. Anyways I wanted to let you all know that goodwill letters do work for hard to remove items like utilities as well.
