Goodwill letters

Thank you so much for your advivce.  Would you file a disput with the CRA or write a specific letter? And to what department? Thanks in advance!

Have you tried uploading / sending a copy of that letter to the credit bureaus?

Unless you were deployed or on public assisance or unemployment. Then EdFin will delete lates.
