I want to send a GW letter to conserve for a small tuition collection that was paid off in 2008. They're only reporting this account to Experian. If I send them a GW letter and they decide not to remove it, can they report it to the other bureaus?

In theory yes but make sure to include in your GW that you would like it removed from all three CRAs even though the are just reporting it to one.. GOOD LUCK!!
