How long before score update when a baddie is removed?

Thanks, that was my husband that had the judgement drop off and 66 point gain. Ck updated for me today. Judgement is gone and scores didn't move since last week. Ugh it's still on ex and eq. I'm gonna call them in December for a EE. 😊
