Got an approval--rebuilding

I have been working pretty hard on my credit for the past 6 months, have 2 secure credit cards and getting rid of baddies...anyhow today I got approved for a Barclay Texans card with 12months 0%apr and a limit of $500. This is my first approval for a CC in years...I am realyl excited. I am thiking about adding my husband to it so that it can also build his credit---also wondering if I should seek a credit limit increase or just leave it?? Hoping the additional card will continue to help my score grow!!

In My Wallet:Barlclay $500 | Capital One Secured $300 | First Progress Secured $300

I would wait 6 months before asking for a CLI. Congrats!

Stick that thing in the garden for 6 months.  Remember Barclay's is really sensitive to new accounts.  Awesome job.  Congrats!  Oh, and yes, add him.  :smileyhappy:
