Got first of 3 contractor estimates to repair storm related damage to my house. Its 15,000. Good news, contractor will give me 60 days to pay. That means I can wait till Nov.1 to apply for LOC. While this will be before my 6th statement cuts on new cc's it will at least put me in the 6 months of having the card.
