Just thought I'd post that I've received my Capital One Secured Mastercard in the mail today 
Deposited $300 and was given $401 CL.
I also called US Bank about the Harley Davidson Secured Card and they said the application has been ACCEPTED! They're going to withdraw a deposit of $300 from my bank account and mail it out to me (and that I'll be getting an email once that's done!
This is a happy happy day and thank to this community, I feel armed with the knowledge to use these cards strategically to paint my credit scores with "OK"s from now on!
So far,
1. I paid a debt of $770 to TD Bank and finally got a checking account.
2. Chexsystems TD Bank entry updated to PAID IN FULL.
3. I got the Capital One SC.
4. Accepted for US Bank SC.
The next step would be to send a goodwill letter to TD Bank and ask for deleting the entry from ChexSystems.
Rewarding myself with a ultra-zoom SLR camera lens this week (paid in cash, of course)
