I'm not looking for much CLI at this point- $4.5k is a lot of credit for me after having just $1k CL yesterday. And, for that matter, I'm not out to get a huge amount of rewards. I have another year of school, with low-income research stipend living. I'm just looking to keep the balance PIF for two, and sub 10% on one card with the aim of getting a 700+ FICO.
I thought my credit was crap- due to a couple derogatories, keeping a high balance and not having enough lines of credit. But my average score is ~650 right now, which isn't all that bad after all. I'm hoping by the end of summer/early fallI can be up in the 680 range if I play it right, and get some CA stuff removed. Just gotta be smart, and fastidious with my spending.
