I had a short sale back in June of 2009. I have a copy of the HUD and Greentree is listed as well as the First Mortgage on the amounts they settled for. My mortgage broker stated that they are reporting incorrectly, and this is what it says.

and they just reported it this month. Any suggestions on how to get it removed quickly. Also, the first was HSBC and they are now reporting Foreclosure started in Aug-2013, how is this possible when it sold in 2009? Any clue what these two might be doing to my credit score since they are reporting it wrong?
I'd call each creditor and duke it out with them. A dispute can take 30-45 days and that'll delay the mortgage process.
