Can someone help me? I have been googling to find the guidelines on CRA's validation techniques. I have a something on my CR and I contacted the court about the error and they mailed me a letter stating they don't send public record info to the CRAs and don't validate therefore they won't contact them.
Well who is validating this info and shouldn't the CRA delete the entire entry since I have letter from the clerk of court basically stating they never have nor ever will validate this?
