HELP! Collection Acct - Sentry Credit**UPDATE

I recently pulled up my CR and saw Sentry Credit on my EQ and TU reports although I have not been contacted by them.

I realized it was for an old Nordstroms Debit Card balance that I had not paid. I called Nordstrom's and paid the balance off today.

What do I do about getting Sentry Credit removed from my CR since I paid the balance with the OC?

Have you ever received anything from Sentry?  Send them a DV and see what happens.

No, I haven't. I'll try that and see what happens. Should I send it snail mail or CMRRR? I appreciate your reply .

Well I pulled my TU report today and it looks like I didn't have to send those GW letters afterall because the TL is gone!! I guess Nordstrom Bank was generous enough to ask for the delete after I PIF. Now, waiting to pull my EQ report to see if they followed suit. Just glad it's gone!
