HELP..... ISSUES WITH MIDLAND CREDIT MANAGEMENT

Hello,

I have 3 credit cards (Aspire Visa, MBNA Mastercard, and Orchard Bank) with Midland Credit Management that are passed the Lousiana SOL and the Federal statute of limitation expires in 2011. I am trying to purchase a home and these three accounts are hurting my score. I have the money to pay them in full BUT I am only going to pay them if they are not willing to DELETE it. When I asked them about this option, they stated that they don't delete negative information from the credit history (WHATEVER) and that they will report the account as paid. WELL, paid collections will not HELP me. ANY ADVICE???? Please help and if available please provide me with some email addresses for the CEO or Compliance!!! I am trying to get this resolved as soon as possible.
