I pulled my reports and found this:

What can I do to fix this? Before I found this forum I did a blanket dispute. I did that a few months ago but the account still says disputed. 

Also, should it be reporting as an Open Account (under account type)?

Lvnv just pulled the same crap.  I filed with the FTC yesterday.

So it is wrong for them to be reporting as an open account and putting history? Should I start by contacting the CA, CRA, or FTC?

IMO, it's OK. FICO scores it as a CA. Creditors-to-be will also view it as a collection.

Have you mailed a DV yet?

I haven't DVd them yet. That is next on my task list. It just looked strange to me that a CA was reporting OK payments but I haven't paid them anything.

Should I call the CRAs to remove the disputed taglines? The dispute was in October and I never got any results or even a response.

I'd focus on the removal of the entire TL rather than the dispute comment (which doesn't mean anything anyway unless you are about to apply for a mortgage). I'd send a DV. if they verify and if I agreedm then I'd send a PFD.
