So I am sending out some PFD letters (using the one from the sample provided here). I am sending one to Afni for a $767 old t-mobile bill.
I have not dved them as yet. Should I DV them first? I acknowledge the acct though I do think the balance is off. I was going to offer them $300. Is this ok for a PFD?
Also, does anyone have an address for them and should I send the PFD letter CMRR?
Thanks guys!

IMO, always DV before a PFD. Especially with an amount that large.
PFD do not have to go CMRRR.
Use the address on your CR.
