I am trying to get a Mortgage Loan and I was told that I have two things on my credit report that are currently stopping me from doing that. I have two "Charge-Offs," one from LHR Inc. (OC was HSBC/Suzuki) and the second one is CAP1/Best Buy (OC was Best Buy). Has anyone had any luck with PFD with either of these two Agency's? I am willing to send the PFD letter and pay the majority of these accounts (even though both seem well over what they were when I had them several years ago). Just wondering if anyone has had any luck getting them to agree to delete things. Thanks for any help or answers that are provided.
