I had a repo in 7/06... It has since fallen off my EX. It is still showing on EQ and TU. EQ shows an estimate fall off date of 7/13. Since its been eliminated from EX, should I leave it alone to avoid it having show back up on EX or dispute to try to eliminate of TU and EQ????

If it is a valid repo there is nothing to dispute.  Just because it came off EX earlier than the exclusion date, the other 2 can report the entire time.

Should I GW the company? Or do I risk the chance of it showing back up on EX?

I doubt it will come back but it isn't the company.  It is the CRAs reporting a valid account. 

I would just leave it alone, it will be gone in a few months.
