I was preparing a GW letter but thought I would try calling first. SO thankful that I called and knew to ask for someone in the right department (thanks to the great information on the forums).
Because I have been in good standing with payments since the late payments, they have agreed to remove all the baddies off this account as of 4/4!!!
That's one acct. with baddies down and 2 to go!

I'm pretty sure I used the standard CS number 1-877-295-2080. When I called I pretty much explained everything that I was going to put in my GW letter and I think it took one or two transfers to get me to the right department that was able to assist me.
